One of the biggest success indicators for our clients is confidence. Our clients who show confidence and high self-worth in any aspect of their life had more success losing weight in our program.

Saying you want to be “healthier overall,” is fine, but can be very subjective and difficult to measure. Some more measurable goals might be decreasing your body fat percentage, increasing your energy levels, or getting out of the “overweight” BMI range.
