    Her Billionaire Man Book 19 - Invasion - Olivia Summer

    Synopsis

    MANDY

    It hurts more than just mere heartache to see Melissa and Craig gang up against my new friend, Arabella. She is too harmless to be the serial killer she has been accused of. Having her arrested in my home was the most embarrassing thing. I am going to stick to her side on this… even if it means going against my family.

    NATALIE

    Lauren McGill  was the person I had buried so I could have a successful law career. Now the stalker was digging into my past. I was about to confess my dark side when Lucas Tanners came up with the best way out of the stalking game. With the suspect behind bars, I may not have to talk about my past anymore and enjoy the sweet tide that comes with confiding in my boss.

    CRAIG

    Mandy’s blind spot for the nanny was becoming very unhealthy to sit and watch. With Arabella’s arrest, I assumed she would see things clearly, but she still didn’t. She had gone to stand by her out of loyalty. I just needed to gather enough evidence to convince Mandy that this was not a setup; Arabella Kentson wasn’t the angel Mandy believed her to be.

    ANNE

    I had thought things were going to be fine now, with the air cleared regarding the serial murderer, but I couldn’t even shop for groceries in peace without getting stigmatized and mugged. I got away this time, but am I really safe yet with my attacker in the wings?

    Chapter One

    {Anne}

    I love my food, fresh and homemade. Before the whole serial killer issue had me camping with Maurice and his brother, I usually dedicated a large part of the week to shopping for fresh ingredients for cooking. But now it was hard being a face everyone knew and for a bad act at that! A little disguise now and then helped, though Maurice had shown he didn’t like it when I did that. He would rather have me go with him and the squad, but what’s the fun in that? I just couldn’t wait to have the actual killer arrested, and my name cleared with the public.

    That morning, with Maurice having gone to his superiors, I had sneaked off to my place, having decided to indulge in my hobby. I bathed quickly and put on flannel trousers and a denim jacket. The camisole inside was just enough to cover my breasts. I was thrilled that it would have my stomach revealed though; it would be enough to keep my body cool in the hot summer weather.

    Good to go, I winked at myself in the mirror as I walked to the car and drove off to the groceries store on the next street.

    The second I stepped out of the air-conditioned car into the heat, I almost felt like yanking off the jacket and walking out with just the camisole, but I didn’t want that style trending on blogs at all! So like they say, there is pain in beauty. But my long hair was packed with a ribbon in a tight bun. I couldn’t bear shopping with a sweaty neck.

    I put my dark shades on; this wasn’t a shield from being recognized, but it helped keep the number to a bare minimum so that I could shop in peace. I checked my purse
