Now That I’ve Arrived

MOVING to a new flat is very stressful, especially if you’re finally moving from under your mother’s roof. I didn’t want to think of all the responsibilities that would suddenly befall me as owner of a residence.

I admittedly have never done a speck of laundry in my life, and I wasn’t looking forward to suddenly doing it all myself. I thought it was gonna be easy, until my mom explained to me, last week only, before my trip, that I have to separate the whites and colours, and that I should wash my bras only in the mesh laundry bag she gave me.
