But of course sexting leads to more, and it turns out hooking with Kam is even more amazing. And it turns out, distraction is just what this soon-to-be-doctor ordered. this is my first time reading this author and I have to say, I'm pleasantly surprised. This book is HOT ???, I mean scorching from start to finish. Nina is in med school, doing her residency rotation in the ER but before that starts, she moves into a new apartment. One that happens to be in the same complex as Camile or Cam and his twin brother Tariq. The two of them have an immediate and magnetic connection and it was awesome to read (listen) to how it grew. It all started with a food save at a vegetarian brunch with the family. I laughed so much while listening to this book and when I wasn't laughing, I was blushing. I love that Cam's backstory is a little dark and it makes him less than the perfect specimen Nina initially made him out to be. This was an amazing first read for this author. I can't wait to read Tariq's story. Yeah, I know, I'm totally backwards.

The last few chapters were very disappointing. Another case of the guy being very cruel during a breakup and the girl coming right back after a half-assed apology. Completely ruined it for me.
