Today I am talking about how "trying to do it all" destroyed my digestion & sex drive. Being an A-type personality and driven female, I do classify myself as a woman who is trying to "do all of the things". This was also the approach I took with my gut health and hormones. Which was the worst decision to make, when you are in a stressed state you can't heal.
