Prior to launching Oyster Sunday in 2019, Elizabeth was part of the original leadership team and the Head of Brand at W&P, and was the Public Relations and Marketing Manager for Momofuku’s New York restaurants. Elizabeth is a graduate of the University of Virginia where she studied American Studies and was on the pre-medical path.
