Our guest is Timothy Rodman, CPMM, Director of Marketing at TroyRx, "Expert in Differentiation", Empathy Prescriber, and 2x Girl Dad.

Having graduated with a degree in Graphic Design from Pittsburgh Technical College in late 2012, he was fortunate enough to land a career in marketing immediately after graduating. Starting as a Marketing Intern and working his way up to a now Director of Marketing title, he offers a unique balance of experience and knowledge through all aspects of a functioning marketing operation.

He has adopted an affinity for diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace, how work and life work with (not against) one another, audience-building through high-quality content creation, over-the-top market analysis, customer voice adoption, and internal motivation and team building.

He is currently building something good in healthcare but has a proven track record of success in: 
• Fintech, winning an accredited award for a campaign that generated $1mil+ over the expected goal set.
• industrial manufacturing, creating a new way to sell reaching $600k in unexpected revenue in eight (8) months.
• marketing consulting, earning the business as lead designer for Pittsburgh City United FC's rebranding initiatives.
• Proptech, increasing inbound demo requests by 100% YOY through multi-channel campaigns
