That's 196 countries in 674 days, with the goal of raising substantial funds to support Prostate Cancer awareness, screening & research. We chatted about his Running the World adventures, his most recent adventure of running 100 marathons in 100 days through Italy, all things nutrition for these epic endeavors, and what's coming next!
