I hope you enjoy our conversation!
I believe this kind of virtual run really brings the running community together. This is so important at this time when we all can feel so isolated. It was a relief to hear that restrictions are now starting to ease. The thought of being able to run in a group of 10 is so exciting!
Its funny how things being taken away from you really make you appreciate everything we took for granted. I was talking with a friend the other day. We always talk about going away for a hiking weekend, we have just never actually gotten around to it! We decided that we are no longer going to be ‘gunnas’, we’re actually going to do the things we plan! Have you been a ‘gunna’ with the races you want to do? With getting a coach to help you reach your potential? Positive change is possible! Contact me via email isobel@peakendurancecoaching.com.au or DM me on socials.
Have a great weekend of running in your small groups!
