CHAPTER ONE

Sofia had been working out for as long as she could remember, but she never liked to date muscular guys. In fact, she found guys who worked out to be competitive with her, something that she never liked. When she met Duncan, her sophomore year of college, he seemed like the perfect guy for her. He loved her muscular physique and had no ambition to try and top her. He downright loved how strong she was, and even asked her to demonstrate her strength on a regular basis.

Duncan was two years older than her, but he didn’t look it. He had a very boyish face, with a naturally skinny body. Duncan was one of those guys who couldn’t gain weight if he tried. He was very soft and stood five-foot-seven. This was a good height for Sofia, because she also didn’t want to date a guy who was too tall.

Sofia was five-foot-four by contrast, but she often wished she was taller. She wasn’t sure when exactly her passion for strength training had begun, but she thought that it might have emerged from her desire to be bigger, and her lack of height. Getting taller was not something that she thought she had control over, but she knew she could get bigger in other ways.

She had always been a pretty girl with pert C cup breasts, but strength and power were her real obsession. She was in demand with guys, but there was something exciting about knowing
