    Meal 1: Rice with Spice

    Introduction:

    Safest and yummiest gluten free dish I have ever tried before. Here you can enjoy the taste of rice with the glaze of spicy chicken, which makes this recipe even more mouth watering.

    Preparation time: 10 minutes

    Cooking time: 40 minutes

    Ingredients:

    1 cup rice, boiled

    1 cup chopped chicken boneless cubes

    1 teaspoon red chili powder

    1 cup plain yogurt

    1 teaspoon cumin powder

    2 bay leaves

    3 to 4 cloves

    Salt as needed

    2 tablespoon olive oil

    1 medium onion, thinly sliced

    1 teaspoon curry powder

    1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

    1 teaspoon garlic paste

    1 teaspoon ginger

    2 green chilies, thinly chopped

    1 cup shrimp

    Directions:

    1. Take a bowl and mix the chicken cubes, yogurt, salt, curry powder, garlic paste, ginger paste, lime juice, red chili powder, and cumin powder. Mix well and set aside for about an hour.

    2. Now heat oil in a pan and add onion; sauté for about 5 minutes then add the marinated chicken, bay leaves, and cloves. Cook for about 15 minutes at high heat. Finally, add shrimp and cook for another 10 minutes.

    3. Then, in a separate pan, mix together the rice and chicken mixture, by arranging the rice and chicken mixture in layers and top with green chilies. Cover the pan and allow it to cook for about 15 minutes at very low flame.

    4. Serve in a dish and enjoy with yogurt.

    Meal 2: Chicken Wings with Spinach

    Introduction:

    I tried this recipe few days back and it turned out to be really great. I was on gluten free diet and was bored of having flavorless food but after trying this recipe, my diet became awesome! Try this recipe at home and I can bet on that you won’t regret it.

    Preparation time: 10 minutes

    Cooking time: 45 minutes

    Ingredients:

    2 cups spinach, rinsed and chopped

    6 to 7 chicken wings

    3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
