Painless Thyroid Diet Recipes For Lazy People:50 Simple Thyroid Diet Recipes Even Your Lazy Ass Can Make - Phillip Pablo

Introduction to Hypothyroidism and Thyroid Diet

Hypothyroidism is a medical condition when the thyroid gland produces insufficient hormone to regulate metabolism. This could be the result of the following:

    a) Removal of the gland surgically,

    b) A person is born with this condition,

    c) Stress,

    d) Overworked gland.

Thyroid is small-sized organ in front of the human neck. It is a major gland in the endocrine system and it controls the metabolism of fat and carbs, temperature of human body, development of the human brain, heart, and nervous system, and more.

Thyroid hormones are made up of amino acid and iodine. Amino acid needs can be easily met by eating meats and iodine from natural salt. Humans need 150 micrograms of iodine daily.

The common cause of hypothyroidism worldwide is a lack of these two ingredients. This should not be a problem in developed countries where diets are plentiful. However, because processed foods have become widespread, iodine has become deficient.

Some of the symptoms of hypothyroidism are as follows:

    a) Weight gain

    b) Tiredness

    c) Goiter

    d) Constipation

    e) Difficulty concentrating

    f) Hair loss

    g) Joint pain

    h) Infertility

The thyroid diet is designed to meet the iodine deficiency by eating iodine and selenium rich foods. Iodine-rich foods include iodized salt, seaweeds, salt water fish, and Celtic sea salt while selenium-rich foods include chicken, beef, salmon, whole food grains, nuts, onion, and garlic.

At the same time, you have to avoid certain foods that can restrict your body’s ability to absorb iodine. These are called goitrogenic foods, which include canola oil, soy, bok choy, and sweet potatoes. They can cause the thyroid to become larger. This is called goiter.

    Tips for Using Thyroid Diet

Tip #1- Remove sugar and carbs from your diet. The pancreas, the organ responsible for sugar metabolism, is in the same ecosystem as thyroid. As these two organs are connected, you have to fix your sugar intake or your thyroid will never get
