Mandy has offered a great resource for anyone interested in taking reign of their health, not just for weight loss. She has complied great, original recipes that are easy to prepare. I love the equipment lists & recipes hacks to make meals and snacks simple. Additionally, she shares both her personal & professional experience which normalizes her understanding of humans.
My only critique would have been to include many more pictures! This cookbook is just as it advertises, simple and easy without buying a lot of special stuff to prepare the dishes. I actually looked into this book looking for low calorie recipes and it fills the bill in that department also. Being a diabetic makes it hard to lose weight and keep it off. You substitute low calorie ingredients in the recipes and they still taste good.
