- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5Although I really liked the narrators voice, I can't understand why she made pauses in between the sentences. It was like she couldn't read good enough. Also saying that protein is the most important and only if it comes from animal products is totally wrong. Nowadays we know. Some techniques she proposed could totally destroy your psychology like keeping clothes you don't fit in and display them every day. I totally disagree with this book and it was boring.
- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5That's the most brainless book I Have ever read .
- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5The author should definitely do some research on fasting which is actually way healthier than more frequent eating which is suggested so wrongly
- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5Informative, easy listen/ read. I appreciated the realistic situations that’s we’re giving and the examples I think we have all been in so it was very relatable.
