Through recovery, what she learned transformed her entire perspective around food, health, and nutrition. Now as a nutritional therapy student, trainer, Safe and Sound practitioner, and recovery coach, she's on a mission to be part of the movement that shifts the health industry from one of shame-driven tactics, to compassionate solutions.
