 A couple of weeks ago, a client of mine said to me, "I know I need to relax to heal, but I can't relax; literally, I can't sit still. If I do, I feel like I'm going to jump out of my skin."When he said this, I realized that he was not the only client who had told me this before.Many of my clients feel that relaxing is very difficult, all for different reasons and different life stages.
