A couple of weeks ago, a client of mine said to me, "I know I need to relax to heal, but I can't relax; literally, I can't sit still. Or you're a teacher and father who juggles taking his kids to school and showing up to work without forgetting to eat breakfast.When you take a moment to sit still, relax, do nothing - it's uncomfortable. Your body wants to get up and move. Basically, you don't feel relaxed when you're "relaxing."
