One of the most common patterns I hear from clients coming into my office is women in their 30's+ telling me: "All my symptoms started or got significantly worse after having child # __."When they come in, they're dealing with symptoms of brain fog, weight gain, anger & irritability, low libido, weak muscles, fatigue, insomnia OR wanting to sleep all the time, acid reflux, new or increasing food sensitivities, bloating, and more.At the very minimum, these women are told by their doctors that this is a normal part of motherhood and to just suck it up.
