What's missing from our Western culture How visitors can be actually helpful in the early days The importance of bodywork in the first few days and weeks after giving birth - and why we don't need to wait for the 6 week check to have it done This ended up being a wide-ranging discussion and I particularly loved Sophie's tireless work to promote the importance of full, holistic postnatal recovery.
