In this episode, I’m diving into what consistency REALLY is. It seems we have been led to believe it is a 30, 60 or 90-day thing when it comes to our weight loss. Isn’t that how a lot of the diets are? They tell you what to do, how to do it and for how long and…MAGIC…you drop the weight….UNTIL you gain it back, over and over and over again. How’s that working? It seems we are consistent with hopping from one diet to the next and missing what we REALLY need consistency with. We’re making it harder than it is and thinking that we are the ones who are failing when it’s really these outdated programs. Matter of fact, some of them are set up to fail with a 95% failure rate. Ugh!!! I’m about to give you 3-5 things that need consistency and are actually things you can SUSTAIN when life happens.
