In this episode, I’ll be talking about DIETS and if they are actually setting you up for failure.  If you’re like most women, you believe dieting IS the key to weight loss and have spent more than half of your life and hundred, if not thousands of dollars on fat burners, meal replacement shakes, weight loss programs and much more. I’m about to call this self-sabotaging instead of dieting. I know, it’s a bit negative but today I’m telling you what you NEED to hear, not what you WANT to hear.  Time aftertime, we undermine our own success and let the diet fail us which only reinforces the set backs.  This cycle continues again and again, year after year, Monday after Mondayonly for us to “fall off the wagon”and gain the weight back and then some.
