It's the most wonderful time of the year! The weather is starting to turn, all sports are in full swing, and there seems to be a light at the end of the tunnel of winter!  What was your biggest takeaway from my conversation with Andrea Amico, Founder of Privacy4Cars? Did you know that if you are in wreck that your data could be extracted as it is not protect?  I would like to challenge not only our industry, but all industries, to look inwardly and focus on  and improve their customer service and processes. Right now our customer database is eroding underneath us and too many are focus on the short game. See the long game.
