Description

The plaintiff says his brother, the defendant, punched him in the face during a fight one night and broke his eye socket bone. The plaintiff required medical treatment, and he’s suing his brother for the bills, as well as pain and suffering. The defendant claims the plaintiff was intoxicated, and he punched the plaintiff in self-defense.
Then, the plaintiff bought a china cabinet from the defendant’s store, but when it was delivered, the plaintiff says the defendant’s moving guys broke the glass and the door. The defendant promised to fix it, but the plaintiff says she’s tired of waiting, so she’s suing for the damages. The defendant claims he reordered replacement parts, but the plaintiff refuses to respond to his calls to schedule the installation.
Plus, the plaintiff was spending time at the dog park with her dog, Bravo, when the defendants’ dog attacked Bravo and bit him in the eye. The plaintiff says the defendants refuse to reimburse her for the vet bills, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendants admit there was a light scuffle between the dogs, but they allege there was no blood or injury, and the defendants believe this is just a money grab from the plaintiff.
