In today’s episode, I’m joined by one of the coolest women I know - Kitty Bloomfield. Kitty and I first connected a few years ago, online. We’ve been on each other’s podcasts multiple times and we chat several times a week via WhatsApp. One day over several long voice messages we decided to record a podcast on this topic! 
Kitty and I share the same worldview and belief systems when it comes to creating the body and life you want. I wanted to put Kitty in the hot seat to talk about why we need to be better at taking ownership of our choices and lives, how we can take more responsibility and how to overcome our fear so we can see what’s possible for ourselves and our lives. Kitty also talks about her limiting believes and how she makes decisions in her life.
