The Importance of Water

Next, we talked about the quality of city tap water and how it is not always the cleanest or healthiest option for drinking. We emphasized the importance of filtering our water or sourcing it from cleaner sources.
Finally, we discussed the significance of having electrolytes in our bodies throughout the day. We talked about the various ways we can maintain an electrolyte balance, such as through consuming fruits and vegetables that are high in electrolytes, and even by adding supplements to our water.
