Description
Life can move fast.
It’s important physically, and mentally, to allow your body to take time off.
On this “NASM-CPT Podcast,” host, and NASM Master Instructor, Rick Richey explores why it’s okay to take a break.
Coming off an extended overseas family vacation, then a cross-country work trip, Rick took some time away from his fitness schedule which allowed his body to recover. He details why, although we are at times hesitant to take time off, it’s essentially for our mind and body to decrease our workload when the opportunity presents itself.
