When you’re crafting a daily morning or evening routine for yourself, consider these elements: stress relief, work recovery, responsibility, and recharge. These don’t need to be extreme or long. Even just dedicating a few minutes to each element can make a huge impact.

Neuroscience shows that our brains are most productive for 40-90 minutes at a time, and that on average we can only get about 4 hours of really focused, productive work done. Pushing ourselves beyond these limits without breaks can lead to workout.
