Description

The plaintiff claims the defendant, his girlfriend’s ex-husband, owes him for a log splitter he refuses to pay him for. However, the defendant insists he already paid the plaintiff for the log splitter, and the plaintiff is just upset because the defendant sold it at a yard sale and made a profit.
The plaintiff claims the defendant’s two pit bulls attacked her sweet pup, Lucy, while she was out for a walk. The defendant reportedly refuses to pay for the vet bills, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant denies that her dogs were responsible for the attack because there is no evidence, and she didn’t see the incident.
The plaintiff and the defendant used to date. After moving in together, the defendant allegedly took off and failed to pay rent, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant alleges that it was the plaintiff who wanted to leave and break the lease because she was homesick, but the defendant didn’t want to move back home.
