In this episode, I discuss my eight-year rollercoaster of disordered eating habits and how eating mindset, body shaming, and food guilt play a role in our habits. We will discuss breaking down disordered eating habits and diving into the little things that can contribute to unhealthy relationships with food. I love you guys so much.
