Mentorship. Hmm. Is that something I do or is it something that I need to have someone do for me - mentor me?
This concept has been around for a long time even before it was given this label. If we look back over our lives, we probably were being mentored and have mentored others and didn't realize that we were doing so.
On the other hand, we've heard stories of or have had an experience where mentoring didn't end up having a positive outcome.
