Description
+++ GUILTY AS CHARGED +++
How easy is it to blame or point the finger to others for something that we are guilty of.
Do you know anyone who does that?
Do you do that?
We all are at some point guilty as charged. No one can say I've never done it.
When people are leaving the workplace in droves or are less engaged in their work, some leaders are quick to point the finger and not take responsibility for what might be their doing.
But it's not all on the leader.
Sometimes the leader is working with the hand they were dealt, which makes it challenging for them to lead effectively.
Some of what leads people to quit or be less engaged at work, is found in todays episode. See if you agree or identify in anyway with what you hear. I'd love to know your thoughts.

And remember, you are ONE SKILL AWAY...
P.S. The new Facebook Group is opened for leaders who want to succeed where others failed and become the leader everyone loves and wants to follow. Here's the link: http://www.facebook.com/groups/eoleader
