Description

Do you smile often? What do people say when you do?
Even though people might not say what they're thinking or feeling when they see you smile, research shows that it has an Effect on them.
A recent study  is published in the journal Psychological Bulletin showed that people who smile tend to be happier. When leaders adapt smile as one of their "tools of the trade," they will get more positive results from team members.
In my new book: The Emotelligent Leader - Succeed Where Others Failed, I point out this very idea even before reading this study. I make the case for leaders to smile more because it makes them more approachable and warm. These outcomes lead to more harmony, joy, and productivity. Happy people make people happy.
Please share this episode and remember, you are ONE SKILL away ...
