Description

What does it mean to say someone is a strong leader? Do people understand what is being meant?
One person in one part of the world may have one definition while someone in another part of the world may have another. Who is right?
There is not a universal definition for the term. It is rather a relative term.
The unfortunate thing is that what is passed off as being a strong leader could be very misleading to say the least. Many atrocities are taking place under that very term and it gives place to reproducing after its kind, which could be harmful to many.
In this episode, you'll be provoked to reconsider and find a better way to describe leadership.
Please share this episode if you find it entertaining, educational, and informative and remember, you are one skill away ...
