Description

Many times leaders do not realize that their mood sets the stage for performance and that productivity is tied directly to the how they manage it.
In this episode I talk about what happens when leaders show up to lead their teams with a "foul" attitude or mood.
As a person from the rural area in Jamaica, I am used to seeing roaches scurrying to corners whenever the light disrupt the darkness. This is what team-members do when a leader shows up in a "foul" mood.
In my new to be released book: The Emotelligent Leader - Succeed Where Others Failed, I discuss how leaders can manage their emotions and those of the team members to get better results.
