The Boss?
This term sound so positional. It is a mentality that needs to be changed. It creates a picture of a "greater than and less than". This is exactly what the mission of Emotelligence: The Art of Succeeding Where Others Failed, is trying to undo.
There are a number of terms associated with leadership that doesn't serve us, others, and/or the organization, well. It actually works against all that we are trying to accomplish.
So, what should we do?
In this episode, there are some suggestions offered but also how to identify this mindset within the culture of the organization.
