Description

Ask almost every leader whether or not they are qualified to lead and the answer will be "of course!" It will almost always be in a defensive manner. I get it why they would almost feel offended if asked.
But what about quantified?
This would immediately have them think, like you might be thinking, that there was a mistake made in using the word quantified, thinking it should be qualified.
In this episode I made the case for quantified leadership rather than qualified leadership.
I reference my soon to be released book: The Emotelligent Leader - Succeed Where Others Failed because I discuss a whole lot more there.
If you'd like to get a FREE copy of the book when it's released, let me know. You will only be responsible for S & H.
