Description
+++ THUMBS DOWN TO THIS ONE +++
Clicking on a thumbs down icon or image, signifies a dislike, disagreement or distaste for something.
Often, when I read an article that is meant to help me solve a problem, I'm given the chance to show my reaction to the content. This is done with two options: a thumbs up or a thumbs down.
From time to time, I will click on one or the other.
I've noticed that my clicks tend to be on the thumbs down more than the thumbs up.
Why is this so?
Is it because I don't get the solution I'm looking for?
No. It's what I believe most of us do. We are more apt to point out the negative than we do the positive. Am I right?
This is also true in the area of leadership.
There are some very good leaders who never hear how well they are leading from their team members.
However, they'll hear it quickly when they fail to lead as was being expected.
There is one type of leadership that I believe will almost always get the thumbs down.
In this episode of The Kingsley Grant Show, you will discover 5 Familiar Styles of Leadership with one of them being the least effective and is rewarded with a thumbs down. Find out which one.

And remember, you are ONE SKILL AWAY...
P.S. The new Facebook Group is opened for leaders who want to succeed where others failed and become the leader everyone loves and wants to follow. Here's the link: http://www.facebook.com/groups/emotelligentleaders
