Description

+++ A WOMAN IN CHARGE +++
I've heard some people wonder out loud, what it would be like if women were in charge of higher institutions. Are you one of them?
I know what it is like to have a woman in charge of our family without "being in charge" ... my mom.
One thing I can say is that she stood out as a leader not only in our home but in our neighborhood. She succeeded in that role without wearing the mantle of "leader."
However, there is one woman who has stood out and succeeded like my mom, but with a position of leadership. Her name is Dr. Laura Saunders.
In this episode, you will hear how our guest - Dr. Laura Saunders - navigated the world of male-dominated leaders to become the first and only female president of a university in the State of Florida. She will share how other women can also standout and succeed.
