Description

Why do Sororities and Fraternities have their members sign pledges? Why do they have standardize pledges?
Having not much knowledge of either, I'm going to guess that it's to make things uniform and make sure everyone abide by the same principles. If you know otherwise, I'm open to learn.
If my assumption is correct and even if it's not, why is it that there is not a standardized "pledge" that leaders sign prior to becoming "members" of the leadership league?
My mission of this and other episodes, is to disrupt leadership as we know it.
That is one of the reasons I've wrote my soon to be released new book: The Emotelligent Leader - Succeed Where Others Failed. In this book, I discuss a number of these issues and at the end of the book, I recommend that leaders take a pledge to enter the league of Elite Leadership.
In this episode, I go through all ten of them in a summarized way.
Let me know your thoughts of agreement or disagreement and if you think I should have included another pledge.
Also, if you want to get a FREE copy of my new book for FREE, simply let me know. Follow me on social media, anyone that you use a lot. My ID on all of them is kingsleygrant.
