Imagine, you get to design what makes people more satisfied, happier, and confident. Yes, you the leader get to do that.
When people are given a safe setting to do their work, it becomes one less thing that they have to worry about, hence they are able to give more of their energy and attention to their work. This leads to more productivity and a less tense environment.
In this episode, I discuss a few ways to do that. These ideas are a small portion of what I write about in my newest book: The Emotelligent Leader- Succeed Where Others Failed.
