Have anyone ever said to you, "behave yourself?"
When you hear these words now, what comes to your mind?
For me, it's like someone reprimanding a child. It's a parent trying to "straighten" their child out. It's getting him or her to do what's right. 
But, do you hear a condescending tone in those words?
Why is it that some leaders speak to their team members as if they are a little child or in a condescending way? It may surprise you as to their reason.
