Description
+++ SOFT AS STEEL +++
I know this sounds like a contradiction. Right?
Soft and steel don't go together. Is this a mistake?
On the surface, it seems like these two words should not be used together because steel is always seen as something tough. As a matter of fact, those are the words that are used together: tough as steel.
However, there is a term which I'm sure you have heard, which is, soft skills. You've heard that, right?
Unfortunately, the way the phrase soft skills is normally used can be misleading.
What if I told you that soft skills are one of the hardest skills to learn in the context of relationships?
In this episode, our guest - Dennis Doran - will walk us through the process of using soft skills to build people to be tough as steel. Take a listen.
