Description
+++ FROM THE HORSE'S MOUTH +++
Have you ever heard this phrase before? What does that mean anyway?
The little I've found in a quick Google search, suggests it originated within the horse-racing context. People would bet on a horse they were so sure of winning, they'd attach the phrase, "it came from the horse's mouth."
One thing I do know is that the phrase does carry the idea, that it's first-hand information.
As leaders, we need to listen to those we lead as to how to best lead them. Remember, they are half of the equation. You are one half and they are the other.
Making a solo decision as to what they'd like, have not had good results.
So, what can you do differently?
That is what you'll discover in this episode where you're going to hear exactly what your top talents say is keeping them from leaving.
