Description
+++ ON IT'S HEAD +++
Have you ever heard the term "turn it on its head?"
What is the first thing that comes to your mind when you hear that phrase?
For me, it's a little boy being help upside down with his or her head to the ground and I think, "wow, they've been turned upside down."
Some kids love this. They'll be laughing-their-heads-off thinking it is so funny until the blood flushes their face.
It's unfortunate that we can no longer look at something like that and think it's all being done in jest. Strange things. Strange people.
However, I like to see when an idea that we've held onto for so long, is completely revamped and replaced by better ideas.
Would it be true for you as well?
In this episode, you'll hear how one business owner and leader, our guest Zack Thomas, has taken the term "employee turnover" and turn it around from being something one fears, to something one plans towards.
You'll have to listen to hear what it is I mean by saying that.
