Brett is a movement behavior specialist with a specialty in helping children with special needs stay active and fit as well as coaching and training collegiate and professional athletes.  He has a passion for helping his clients live an active and healthy lifestyle.  Using the techniques of applied behavior analysis, Brett is able to decrease challenging behaviors while reinforcing correct and healthy movement patterns. Brett covers 3 things every parent should know during this time: Where should we fit exercise into my children’s schedule? Should we exercise with them or be more like a coach? How do we motivate them to be active?
