    BREAKFAST

    BANANA OAT PANCAKES

    Preparation Time: 10 minutes

    Total Time: 20 minutes

    INGREDIENTS:

    −  1 ripe banana, mashed

    −  1 cup oats

    −  1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)

    −  1 tsp baking powder

    −  1/2 tsp cinnamon

    −  1/4 tsp vanilla extract

    −  Pinch of salt

    INSTRUCTIONS:

    Mix the mashed banana with the oats, milk, baking soda, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt in a bowl.

    Put a nonstick pan on the stovetop at medium heat.

    For each pancake, pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan.

    Once bubbles appear on the surface, flip the food over and continue cooking the other side.

    Present with your preferred garnishes.

    Drizzle maple syrup or honey over top.

    If desired, repeat layering.
