BLEND: 2 cups oatmeal1 1/2 cups cottage cheese1/8 teaspoon baking powder1/4 teaspoon baking soda1 teaspoon cinnamon, 6 eggs, zest of one lime or lemon (optional). Use a handheld emotion blender or regular blender to combine all ingredients————————Protein Cornmeal JohnnycakesSIFT TOGETHER: 1 cup finely ground cornmeal1 /2 cup white flour1/2 cup of coconut flour (or almond flour or both) 1 scoop whey protein1½ tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda¼ tsp saltMIX IN A SEPERATE BOWL: 3 eggs½ cup plain yogurt (or greek yogurt)1/2 cup almond milk3 tbsp honey1½ tsp apple cider vinegarAdd more almond milk to get desired consistency.
