    Hello and welcome to the first installment of this guided meditation programme for effortless extreme weight loss. This programme is designed for you, with your long term health and wellbeing in mind, as we install healthy habits that will make you feel great!

    To gain as much of the benefits from this session as possible, make sure you are distraction free and able to give it your complete focus.

    So without further ado, we shall begin, so get yourself into a comfortable position however you like, in a place where you can be undisturbed for the next 30 minutes or so…

    So, to begin we will use an eye fascination induction, to help you relax and be able to simply enjoy this time. Now you are perfectly comfortable. I want you to focus right ahead, at whatever is directly in front of you…

    I want you to keep staring at that point now, not even allowing yourself to blink, with your eyes growing heavier and heavier…

    (1-minute pause)

    Finally, let your eyes slowly blink, but now I want you to keep blinking them, again and again, letting your eyes grow heavier and heavier…

    (1-minute pause)

    Now with your eyes so heavy, begging you to close them, gently allow them to do so now, taking deep breaths in and out to calm and relax you…

    With your body and mind wonderfully relaxed now, place one hand on your belly and one on your chest. Simply feel as each hand rises and falls with each inhale and exhale…

    Notice how the air moves through your body, in through your mouth and lungs, before circulating throughout your entire body, then back out again. Feel the cool fresh new air as it enters, and the hot bothered air as you exhale…

    Bringing your attention to your body, we will move through it now, ensuring each and every part is completely relaxed…

    So with the power of your breath, I want you to take a deep breath in, pushing that air right down into your feet feeling as the muscles within them begin to slowly relax…

    Now take another deep breath into your lower legs and calf muscles, feeling as your breath pushes away any last bits of tension and leaving them perfectly relaxed…

    Continue to work up through your body now, taking as much time as you need, making sure every part of you has received the powerful air you breathe and is wonderfully relaxed…

    (2-minute pause)

    Now, with your body filled with a beautiful soothing feeling of relaxation, you feel perfectly at peace, your body and mind completely free of any stress and tension, completely open to receiving all the positive lessons from this session…

    Now, placing one hand on your chest and one on your belly, pay attention to the rise and fall of your hands as you take a deep breath in, before slowly breathing out. As you breathe, notice the refreshing calm that enters and the hot bothered air that leaves you...

    So, take another deep breath in for 3...2...1... Hold... And slowly exhale for 4...3...2...1...

    Keep breathing in this way now...

    Inhale again for 3...2...1... Hold... And exhale for 4...3...2...1...

    Keep breathing in this way now, allowing the cool air you breathe, clear your mind of all thoughts from today...

    Inhale 3...2...1... Hold... And exhale 4...3... 2... 1...

    And one last time...Inhale... And exhale...

    With your body relaxed, and your mind clear and calm, your mind is able to completely focus on right here, in the present moment, of complete peace and relaxation. With relaxation, you give your subconscious mind the perfect space to heal and learn, aligning you to all your true intentions, allowing you to achieve your goals so much more easily...

    So now, I am going to begin counting down from 10 to 1, and when I reach ‘1’ you will be in an even deeper state of blissful relaxation, where your body can be re-energised!

    10... Drifting deeper into relaxation...

    9...

    8... Going deeper and deeper...

    7...

    6... Relaxation overtaking your every cell...

    5...

    4... Your mind perfectly clear and calm...

    3...

    2... Your body in a blissful state of peace...

    1... So perfectly relaxed...

    You feel more relaxed than ever before, your body and mind filled with a new positive energy. You feel brave and strong, ready to respond positively to whatever life throws your way...

    Now, using your mind’s eye I want you to envision yourself on a beautiful beach. Allow yourself to take everything in, the sounds of the crashing waves, how the sand glistens from the sun’s rays as well as gently warming your skin. Here, you feel perfectly safe, this wonderful beach rejuvenating your body and mind, so that your body feels at peace and
