So, congratulations for taking this step toward a fitter and happier YOU…please listen to this audio using headphones…so that the sound of my voice is clear and if you lose track of me and your mind starts to wander…you can easily tune back into the sound of my voice.

Do not listen to this audio when your mind needs you to be conscious such as while operating machinery or driving…Listen to this audio when you are in a comfortable position…sitting on a chair or resting on a bed.
Imagine Yourself as a Fitter Woman
I would like you to close your eyes and simply relax. Put your mind and body at ease as you sit comfortably on a chair. You will now be taking in deep breaths. In through your nose and out through your mouth. Let’s take three deep breaths. Breathe in through your nose, take a long deep breath in…fill up your lungs with the air…and now breathe out through your mouth.
Now, take another similar deep breath. In through your nose and out through your mouth…
Pause (8 seconds)
Let’s now take the third deep breath, breathe in deeply, fill up your lungs and breathe out through your mouth.
Pause (8 seconds)
Come back to your normal breathing pattern and let your body relax fully and deeply.
I would like you to take a moment to analyze your body and see how relaxed it is. Your whole body is at ease and is allowing this peacefulness to slip into every part of your body…your head, your arms, your chest, your shoulder, your back, your legs, your hands and the tip of your toes have never been as relaxed as it is currently. You are feeling light and calm like you are a piece of cloud floating in the sky with the wind without any disturbance and with the sound of my voice, the voice which is giving you a new outlook on your body and the voice which is going to lead you in the direction of a healthy, active, fit and happy body.
Your mind and body are relaxing and focusing on my words of wisdom…my suggestions for achieving the goal, accepting them and translating further without hampering the state of mind that you are in. You are relaxing even more with every word that you are hearing from me…your body has never felt this relaxed and is helping you sink deeper into this calming state of relaxation.
To help relax you even more, imagine yourself in a boat on a lake.
Just imagine it as I stay quiet for a few moments.
On the lake, you notice calmness around you, the stillness and what is moving is your boat and that is making you feel even more relaxed. The sun is bright and the air is pleasant. You are enjoying the sail and as the boat sails on the lake, the pleasant air touches your forehead and you can feel it whipping through your hair. This sail is pleasant and nice, relaxing and calm.

Now, you notice the sounds around you, the sound of the birds or the sound of the water slapping against the boat…or the sound of the wind…
You look around and notice a clear blue sky and lush greenery around the lake while the lake’s water is dark blue but glistening.
So relaxing…
Pause
The air smells clean and fresh and you take a deep breath…letting the fresh air reach your lungs that further relaxes you and makes you feel so good. So good about the surroundings and so good about yourself…You are glad that you are listening to this today and have chosen to love yourself even more…you continue to sail on the boat…listening to the sounds around you, seeing the lovely dark blue water around, and smelling the fresh air…

As you continue to sail, you continue to relax yourself more and more…keeping the focus on your body and starting with the head and neck. Allowing them to relax in the natural surroundings…and every word I say makes you twice as relaxed and twice as calm.
Now imagine pulling your shoulders back, tensing the shoulder blades and stretching the chest…and now focus on relaxing your arms and hands…and as you continue to sail you continue to focus on your stomach and relax it bit by bit…as you listen to each word I say.
You now move your focus down into your hips and let all the bones and muscles relax.
Lowering your focus to knees, shins, and calves. Bringing your attention to your lower body and relaxing it more and more…and now further down to your feet…moving your feet to relax the bones and muscles…the ankles are getting relaxed…allow your feet to stretch outward…letting your toes point out…and then relax them...
You are now beautifully and wonderfully relaxed…
As you continue to sail along the beautiful lake, you decide to let go of your sail so you begin to unwind the halyard and with that in your hand, I will count down from 10 down to 0 and with each count down the sail will come down. With each count down, you notice the sail coming down and with each count down, you will be twice as relaxed.
So, starting now at 10…
9…you allow the rope to loosen a little and the sail drops slowly
8…the sail starts to come down
7…you are relaxing more and more
6…going deeper and deeper
5…notice the sail dropping more and more
4…deeper and deeper
3…further down…
2…deeper and deeper…
1...deeply relaxed…
The sail is down and you are wonderfully relaxed.
Now, allow yourself to drift further down in this hypnotic state, becoming more and more relaxed. Going deeper and deeper, drifting further down into a calmer state of mind. And in this calm state of mind, you are twice as suggestible to what I have to say.
These suggestions are going to go deeper in your mind and will start to work from today on.

You are truly a loveable person with great qualities and everyone around you finds you beautiful inside out. You are a happy woman and have a magnetic personality.

Your magnetism and attractiveness increase multifold when you get fitter and leaner…
And these suggestions will help you become fitter because that’s what you want, isn’t it?
Let your creative mind imagine that you are standing on a beautiful cobbled stone path in a garden.

As you notice it, you begin to notice the surroundings, the trees, the plants, the birds, and get more and more relaxed. In front, you notice that the path takes you to a small cottage.
I will count from 5 down to 0 and when you reach 0, you will be at the door.
5…4…3…2…1…0.
The cottage’s door is in front of you. The door may have a handle or door knob and you can slowly open it. You know that this cottage is very comforting and nice. It reminds you of your safe place.

And as you step into the room, you notice a big mirror on the wall in front of you…The mirror is gorgeous and so are you. As you look at yourself in the mirror, you notice that you are much slimmer and fitter…wearing what you truly want to wear at your goal weight.
Look at yourself and pay attention to each body part, noticing how slimmer and fitter they have become. You are wearing the outfit that you have been wanting to wear for a long time and today you see yourself as slim.
Pause
Today is a special day. The day where you have already lost extra pounds and look even more attractive, charming, and beautiful.
You have the power to read your emotions and I wonder how this woman feels that you see in the mirror. Confident, happier, joyous, having high self-worth and esteem. The skin glows and you are looking vibrant from every angle.
Notice this closely as I stay quiet for a few moments.
Pause (15 seconds)
Now look at yourself in the mirror, a person who has lived 5 years healthily, eating a smaller amount of food and exercising regularly. Wonder about the feelings around that lifestyle…
Do you feel wiser about living this kind of life?

And, now that you have seen both lives, I wonder if you are ready to make the decision to choose the life that gives you maximum happiness, positivity, hope, confidence, and self-worth…

And as I count from 3 to 1, you will choose the path that is right for you. The right path that will turn you into a successful, happy, and confident person.
Starting now…
3, 2, and 1.
Now, connect with your breath and notice how you are breathing without judging its rhythm, focusing on each inhalation and each exhalation. Letting it be just the way it is. As you observe your breath, you are being mindful of it.
Now bring your awareness to your chest and notice how your chest rises and falls with each in breath and each out breath.

And, how your stomach rises and falls, expands and contracts as you focus on each inbreath and each outbreath.
And as you become aware of your breath, you tune into the sensation of hunger or fullness or thirst… and how hungry you are or how full you, you can be aware of that now. You are observing your body and your breath and every sensation that comes up.
Pause
If your arms are resting in your lap or laying on the chair’s side or on the armrests, just get the knowledge of the sensations that you feel as you become aware of the surface against your palms and fingers.
You can be mindful of all and everything, your body, the sounds around you, the clothes you are wearing, and the surface that you are resting on right now.
Pause
You can be aware of these sensations and feelings and so can you be aware of the sensation that arises when you feel hungry and when you feel full. It is easy, isn’t it?
You can be aware of the foods that are healthy and that may cause problems to your stomach and make you gain weight or be an obstacle on your weight loss journey. You can be mindful of what goes in your mouth and anything that may cause you weight gain, you do not pick that food only. You are mindful and you eat mindfully.
Imagine a piece of food that is healthy—perhaps a fruit or a vegetable that you like and know that it is so healthy for your body. Just imagine bringing it toward your nose and smelling it fully to your complete awareness.

And, notice how your body is responding to it. And, now take a bite and feel the crunch between your teeth and the flavors that flow out of it and
