Welcome to your hypnosis training session for developing healthy eating habits. This program is designed to help you reach your weight loss goals safely and effectively. Through the power of hypnosis, you will be able to access the subconscious mind and create positive changes in your behavior that will help you achieve long-term success. By using this program, you will be able to make lifestyle changes that will lead to extreme weight loss without having to resort to drastic measures or crash diets. With our guidance, you can finally start living a healthy and happy life!
In order to get the most out of your hypnosis training session, please find a noise-free and distraction-free spot. This could be your bedroom, living room, or any other place where you can sit or lie down in a comfortable position without being disturbed for a while. Make sure you are wearing loose clothes.
Now sit or lie down comfortably in a chair or bed, and make sure that the back of the chair or pillow supports your head, neck, and shoulders. Find a spot in the room where you can concentrate. Make sure your eyes and neck are in a comfortable position while looking at that point or spot. Concentrate on that point from now on. Keep looking... keep looking... keep looking... slowly your eyes will begin to build a sense of their weight. The heaviness in your eyes will give you a strong urge to blink. But don't blink yet. keep looking... keep looking... keep looking at this point. Then blink slowly and gently. And now they're blinking again... and blinking again. With each blink, your eyes get heavier and heavier. The weight increases and it becomes very difficult to keep your eyes open. Then slowly and gently close your eyes. And take a very slow, gentle deep breath. Breathe in... Breathe out... Breathe in... Breathe out…
Start by taking a deep breath and notice the feeling of air filling your lungs. Deep breath in… Deep breath out… Breathe in… Breathe out…. Now place one hand on your belly and feel your belly move rhythmically up and down as you breathe. Take slow deep breaths again. Deep breath in… Deep breath out… Notice how the air flows in through your nose as you inhale and out through your mouth as you exhale. If you find it difficult to breathe in through your nose, try breathing in through your mouth. Now start taking long, slow, deep breaths again... inhale... exhale... inhale... exhale... inhale... exhale… Exhale slowly and let the tension leave your body. Take a deep breath and hold it. Again, slowly release the air. Now even slower, take another breath. Fill your lungs and hold air. Exhale slowly and imagine the feeling of tension leaving your body.
Now pay attention to your feet. Curl your toes and arch your foot. Stay tense and pay attention to how you're feeling. Release the tension in your feet. Notice the new sense of relaxation. As you continue to breathe slowly, long, and deeply, you will notice that every muscle in your body is getting relaxed. A feeling of relaxation and calm slowly spreads throughout your feet, legs, hips, abdomen, chest, hands, arms, and fingers. Each time you inhale and exhale, you feel deeply relaxed with each breath. And every muscle in your body is getting deeply relaxed. Now, you notice that a gentle soothing sensation spreads from your neck to your shoulders and back of your neck. This relaxation is slowly moving toward your face and relaxes the muscles in your jaw, cheeks, eyes, and forehead. All tension in your body and mind is now gone and right now your mind and body are floating in peace, relaxation, and calm. Your mind and body are feeling so free right now. You are present here in this moment. All thoughts and worries of the past, present, and future have gone away. Your body and mind feel light. You feel light like a feather floating in the air under the sky.
Now take a deep breath... a deep breath... and a deep breath... And now I'm going to start counting from 10 to 1. With each count, you will enter a state of deep relaxation and calm.
10…9…8…7…6…5…4…3…2…1. Now deep sleep.
Now that you are in a state of deep relaxation, you are prepared and ready to react positively to whatever comes your way.
You are a person who is very motivated to start a journey of a healthy lifestyle. You fuel your body with foods that make you feel energized. You eat nutritious and well-balanced food. You listen to your body and eat until satisfied. You like to give your body healthy portion sizes, and not too much. It is easier for you to control portion sizes and only eat what your body needs.
You easily stop eating at the right time even when others around you are still eating, even when there is still food on your plate or on your table, even in a restaurant. You pay attention and listen to your body's signal that it's time to stop eating. You are learning more and more about what a healthy portion of food is for you and you are happy and satisfied with this amount. You eat slowly and consciously to sense signals from your body that it is time to stop eating.
You are aware and agree that putting excess food in the body is not a healthy choice for you. You have a healthy and balanced relationship with food. You allow yourself to enjoy the food and focus on nurturing your body. You love shopping for healthy food and supporting your health with whole foods.
You love to cook nutritious and healthy meals for yourself and your family. Cooking and eating nutritious meals is easy for you. You like to plan your meals in advance to make your day easier and not rush into making unhealthy food choices. Eating healthy is an act of self-care for
