I want you to close your eyes right now and just unwind. Lay comfortably on a chair and relax your body and mind. Now you will be inhaling deeply. Through your nose and mouth, respectively. Let's inhale deeply three times. Take a long, deep breath in through your nose, filling your lungs with air, and then exhale through your mouth.
Take a second, equally deep breath right now. Through your mouth and nose.
Pause (8 seconds)
Take a third deep inhale, filling your lungs completely before exhaling through your mouth.
Pause (8 seconds)
Resuming your regular breathing rhythm can help you deeply and completely relax your body.
Please examine your body for a moment to gauge how at ease it is. Your head, your arms, your chest, your shoulder, your back, your legs, your hands, and even the tips of your toes are at ease as your entire body allows this calm to permeate every part of your body. With the sound of my voice, the voice that is giving you a new perspective on your body and the voice that will guide you toward a healthy, active, fit, and happy body, you are feeling serene and light, as though you are a piece of cloud floating in the sky without any disruption.
Your body and mind are unwinding as you concentrate on my words of wisdom—my recommendations for accomplishing the goal—accepting them and carrying them out without impairing your current mental state. Every time I speak, you unwind even more. Your body has never felt this tranquil, and it is assisting you in slipping more into this calming state of relaxation.
I'm wondering if you can picture yourself in a boat on a lake to help you unwind even more.
Just image it as I remain silent for a short while.
Pause (for 5 seconds)
You experience tranquility and stillness while on the lake, and the only thing that is moving is your boat, which helps you feel even more at ease. The air is comfortable, and the sun is shining. While the boat is sailing on the lake and you are enjoying the trip, the lovely air meets your forehead and is felt ruffling through your hair. This sail is soothing, comfortable, and delightful.

You now become aware of the sounds in the area, such as the sound of birds, the sound of the boat being hit by the waves, or the sound of the wind.
As you turn to face the lake, you see a clear blue sky, thick flora, and the water is a dark blue, glittering color. So soothing...

You take a deep breath and let the clean, fresh air to fill your lungs, which further relaxes you and gives you a wonderful feeling. So content with your environment and yourself... You are happy that you are listening to this today and that you have made the decision to love yourself even more. As you continue to cruise on the boat, you take in the sounds around you as well as the beautiful, deep blue ocean and the crisp, clean air.

Maintaining your attention on your body and beginning with the head and neck, you continue to relax as you sail. Allowing them to unwind in the settings of nature... Every syllable I say doubles your level of peace and relaxation.
Now picture tensing your shoulder blades, expanding your chest, and drawing your shoulders back.
Then concentrate on relaxing your hands and arms...
And as you keep sailing, you keep your attention on your stomach and gradually relax it.
As you pay attention to what I say.
You now shift your attention to your hips, allowing all the bones and muscles to unwind. Focusing more on your calves, shins, and knees. By focusing on and relaxing your lower body, you can eventually move down to your feet. To relax the bones and muscles, move your feet... Your ankles are becoming more relaxed; now let your feet spread widely. Allowing your toes to protrude... then let them to unwind.
Now that you've relaxed nicely and wonderfully you reach the deepest part of your mind, where a door is positioned, as you continue to relax more and more with each breath you take and every word I speak. Consider the entrance that will allow you to enter your subconscious mind more deeply.

Can you can see the color of the door when you look at it. The knob or handle of the door and the texture of the door. Take careful note of every little detail.

The door is now closed, but you have the strength and capability to push it open so that you can enter the area where some significant changes need to be made.
Consequently, I start to push the door as I count down from 5 to 0...
Slowly and cautiously, and then step inside a space with a sizable control panel.
